For me, real estate and construction started as an interest while an adolescent. This led me to an education and career in project management, design, construction and agency negotiations developing large infrastructure projects across the western United States. While working for a major railroad, I always had my eye out for my next real estate deal. Believing that I had missed my calling, it was my own agents and mortgage brokers that pushed me to obtain my real estate license. I have a passion around market research, the pursuit, and negotiations; combined with my history of large-scale project management brings a unique detail orientated - big picture thinker to your real estate transaction. With the desire to treat each transaction as if my own, it is quality over quantity with me.
